With 350,000 BTU’s the CHU-0400 fluid circulation system is low pressure and atmospherically vented. There is no chance of an explosion or line burst due to pressure build-up. No special boiler certification is required to operate unit.

The CHU-0900 provides up to 900,000 BTU’s of heating power and is capable of being configured with not only natural gas and propane but, diesel fuel as well.

Mixing Booster – MB 100

Low Temperature Control

  • Low temperature application when fluid temperatures lower than the central heating module water heater can safely provide.
  • By inserting the mixing/booster into the central heating module circulation loop, its mixing and tempering function will deliver and automatically maintain the lower temperature fluid required.

Dual Temperature Control

  • A central heating module circulation loop can be teed off and split into two circulation loops to provide dual function application.
  • One loop can be delivering high temperature fluid (ie: 180°F) to portable heat exchangers being utilized for structure heating applications.
  • The other loop, with the mixing booster inserted, can provide and maintain low temperature fluid (ie: 70°F) for various applications.

Pressure & Flow Boost

  • The mixing/booster can also be used to boost flow and increase the pumping distances in a fluid circulation system.
  • This may be as much as 300 feet up-line from the central heating module or another “mixing/booster”.

MegaPlate

  • The MegaPlate is ideal for heating in ground impoundments and above ground frac tanks.
  • For larger tanks, to maintain a higher fluid temperature or for a faster heat rise multiple MegaPlate’s can be used in the same tank.
  • Up to 2 MegaPlates can run off a GTS 600 or up to 5 on a CHU-1200.
