<li>The 5T Air Handler Unit is designed with an oversize coil to maximize efficiency. Cooling targets are achieved with less water and airflow per ton of cooling.</li>



<li>The oversize coil is only three cores thick, which minimizes the air pressure drop across the coil to maximize fan output.</li>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>The 2000 HHP-E Hydro Heat Pro Electric is an electric-powered hydronic heating system, delivering 2 MMBTU of fluid heating output, which is equivalent to a 59 HP boiler.</li>



<li>At its core, the system uses two 1 MMBTU electric water heaters, open to atmosphere, working in tandem to safely and efficiently heat a food-grade glycol solution. As a result, heat is delivered precisely where it is required.</li>



<li>System operation is centrally managed through a user-friendly, DryAir-exclusive control panel, which features thirty 20 kW heating stages (15 stages per heater). In addition, integrated digital temperature control enables automatic stage drop-off as loads decrease, thereby improving efficiency.</li>



<li>To further enhance flexibility, the system includes two independent output circulation systems: one dedicated to potable water and one for process water. Individually, each output system is capable of heating and circulating the full 2 million BTU, or alternatively, they may operate in tandem.</li>

<li>Their certifications signify that a product has been tested and meets certain standards for quality, safety, and environmental performance. </li>



<li>TÜV SÜD certifications are widely recognized and respected globally, particularly in industries such as manufacturing. </li>



<li>Obtaining TÜV SÜD certification demonstrates compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li>

<h3 id="h-csa-testing-and-certification" class="wp-block-heading">CSA Testing and Certification</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Electrical and electronic products placed into the Canadian market must comply with electrical safety standards, namely CSA Standards. There are other standards aside from CSA standards; they include UL, ANSI, IEEE, IEC and NEMA CSA standards, to name a few.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There is a misconception that only CSA Group can test, certify, and apply labels to CSA Group standards. However, like UL (Underwriters Laboratories), CSA Group operates as two unique and separate entities. One being CSA Standards Development &#8211; an independent body focused on developing standards. The second, CSA Testing, Inspection and Certification; a<mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-custom-links-color"> Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories</mark> (NRTL) as accredited by the <a href="https://www.scc.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-custom-links-color">Standards Council of Canada</mark></a> (SCC).</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There are no obligations for any manufacturer to contract with CSA Group to perform tests to CSA Group standards. They can utilize any NRTL to perform safety testing to CSA standards, and any other standard that that NRTL is accredited to perform.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TÜV SÜD America can test and certify to nearly any product safety certification requirement (UL, CSA, IEC and others). Headquartered in Massachusetts, USA, TÜV SÜD America has facilities in Canada, including Gormley, Ottawa, and Newmarket, ON, operating as TÜV SÜD Canada.</p>



<h3 id="h-ul-testing-and-certification" class="wp-block-heading">UL Testing and Certification</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Any electrical product placed on the US and Canadian markets must satisfy and perform safety testing to a degree of standards. These standards include UL standards; they also include ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, and CSA standards, to name a few.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There is a common misunderstanding that UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is the only organization that can certify and apply labels to UL standards. However, UL operates two unique entities, one being an independent body focused on standards development and a second <mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-custom-links-color">Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories</mark> (NRTL) like TÜV SÜD that is capable of issuing a US product certification much like other NRTLs.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The 2100 series 600 DG Heating Module from DryAir provides up to 620,200 BTU’s of heating power in a small and portable unit that is easy to place on the jobsite.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The 2100 series 600 DG Heating Module runs on Diesel Fuel or #1 &amp; 2 Heating Oil only where the 600 CHU Tri-fuel Version comes standard with a Diesel burner but can also be configured to run on natural gas or propane.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:clamp(15.197px, 0.95rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.61), 23px);">Features:</p>



<ul style="margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Two plate heat exchangers, each with 2 million Btu/hr capacity are capable of handling 100% of the output from the water heater. This allows one plate heat exchanger loop to remain dedicated to heating potable water without the risk of contamination.</li>



<li>The two plate heat exchangers are capable of heating two different fluids simultaneously.</li>



<li>Each plate heat exchanger has a pump to circulate the heated fluid to its respective output loop.</li>



<li>Tri-fuel capable (diesel, natural gas and propane). Switch fuels with a quick burner change-out.</li>



<li>Convenient designated storage is provided for the burners that are not in use.</li>



<li>The 1800 HHP starts and operates efficiently all the way down to – 40°F, thanks to the innovative DryAir Combustion Environment Control (CEC) system.</li>

<li>Heating and circulating potable hot water in a building complex, bypassing the building’s boiler/water heating system.</li>



<li>Heating and circulating water for washing facilities at large multiple day events and gatherings.</li>



<li>The heating and circulating of water for processing plants, mining and oil field projects.</li>



<li>For larger jobs, where one DryAir heating unit is not adequate, the Hydro Heat Pro’s plate heat exchanger can be connected in series to boost output.</li>
