• The Tri-fuel capable 1800 CHU offers the versatility to run on NG or LP gas, or can be plumbed into a portable fuel tank to run on diesel.
• The 2100 series 1800 DG CHU Central Heating Unit includes DryAir’s innovative fuel and air pre-heater for a trouble-free operation, regardless of temperature swings.
• Bi-directional fork pockets and the optional lifting frame make the 1800 CHU easy to place and maneuver.

  • Redundancy: In the unlikely event an issue arises with one of the burners, the other will continue providing heat to the space until the problem is addressed.
  • Flexibility: The burners in the 1800 CHU are the same burners in the 900 CHU, 900 GTS FLEX, 1800 HHP and Heat Center Pro. Stocking burners in natural gas, propane and diesel provides owners of DryAir equipment with the flexibility to easily switch between the different fuel sources on 5 of the above mentioned DryAir models with a simple burner exchange.

The 1000 SCHU is a Steam-to-fluid plate heat exchanger utilizing steam as the heat source

Features of the 1000 SCHU

• The system transfers heat from “on-site” steam to a circuit of heat-transfer-fluid that enables the use of any of the DryAir accessories for heat distribution.
• Automatic temperature control allows the user to set the desired supply-fluid temperature. Temperature is maintained by modulating the flow of steam through the exchanger.
• One unit will provide enough heating capacity to heat up to 50,000 square feet! (dependent on the steam source capacity)
• Using an existing steam source could prove to be the most versatile and economical approach to delivering temporary heat on a construction site / building renovation.
