Features of the 2000 HHP-E Hydro Heat Pro Electric
The 2000 HHP-E Hydro Heat Pro Electric is an electric-powered hydronic heating system, delivering 2 MMBTU of fluid heating output, which is equivalent to a 59 HP boiler.
At its core, the system uses two 1 MMBTU electric water heaters, open to atmosphere, working in tandem to safely and efficiently heat a food-grade glycol solution. As a result, heat is delivered precisely where it is required.
System operation is centrally managed through a user-friendly, DryAir-exclusive control panel, which features thirty 20 kW heating stages (15 stages per heater). In addition, integrated digital temperature control enables automatic stage drop-off as loads decrease, thereby improving efficiency.
To further enhance flexibility, the system includes two independent output circulation systems: one dedicated to potable water and one for process water. Each system is equipped with its own fluid-to-fluid plate heat exchanger, pump, and plumbing components, effectively eliminating contamination risks. Individually, each output system is capable of heating and circulating the full 2 million BTU, or alternatively, they may operate in tandem.
Considerate component layout and trailer access design ensure that general maintenance and plate heat exchanger servicing are convenient and practical. Mobile for easy transport, setup and storage.
For operational visibility, an on-board power meter displays amps, kW, and kVA. Meanwhile, remote monitoring enables wireless recording and viewing of operational data.
Applications
Data center heat load and load bank testing for commissioning and preventative maintenance.
Boiler tie-in/bypass, heating and circulating a building’s heating fluid for potable hot water and building heat.
Processing plants, mining and oil field projects and temporary worksite camps for the heating and circulating of water.
Wash facilities for post-disaster temporary shelters, multi-day events and gatherings.
For jobs requiring more than 2 MMBTU (59 HP), additional capacity can be achieved by connecting multiple 2000 HHP-E Hydro Heat Pro electric units in series
