In its simplest form, the DRYAIR system utilizes a diesel, propane or natural gas-fired hydronic water heater or a steam to fluid heat exchanger to warm a heat transfer fluid which is, in turn, pumped through a fluid circulation system loop to heat exchangers at remote locations,
The following two types of exchangers are most commonly used:
- Portable Heat Exchangers heat and recirculate warm, dry, clean air inside a structure utilizing a heat transfer coil and fan. This type of heat exchanger is used primarily in heating and drying applications.
- Thaw/Cure Hose transfers heat by direct contact and radiant heat conduction. This type of heat exchanger is used primarily in ground thaw, frost prevention and curing applications.

Heat Enclosed Structures With Less Energy!
- DryAir´s portable heat exchangers are the ideal way to heat and/or dry enclosed structures. Their compact and mobile design make for easy positioning
- DryAir’s Heat Exchangers´ offer a “no-fire”, fluid-to-air heat transfer process that provides clean, heated, low relative humidity air.
- Heat Exchangers are re-heating already warmed inside air making them more efficient than other systems that are required to constantly heat outside cold air up to the desired inside temperature level. Thermostats on each heat exchanger shut them off when the area has reached the desired temperature. A lower demand for heat from the outside Central Heating Unit will allow it to cycle down to a low fire mode or shut off completely when the structure has reached the desired temperature for a further fuel savings.
- Heated fluid is pumped into the building through rubber insulated hoses that can be further insulated with insulating blankets. This is a much more efficient method of transferring heat compared to thin uninsulated ducts used on indirect heaters that are more prone to heat loss to the cold outside air and CFM loss when turning the duct work to go into the building.

No Fire or Boiler Watch Required!
