1200 CHU Central Heating Unit

  • At 1.2 million BTU’s the 1200 CHU is the perfect choice for your largest heating projects.  It is most often configured with 6 of our 200 model heat exchangers to provide heat to buildings under construction.
  • With accessories the 1200 CHU can also be used for ground thawing, concrete curing, dehumidification, or for fluid heating.
  •  With more BTU’s than competitive systems the 1200 CHU brings fluid up to temperature in less time for faster results.
  • The 1200 CHU can be converted to natural gas or propane with optional conversion packages.
  • Once up to temperature the CHU can drop from High Fire mode down to Low Fire or shut down combustion completely for greater fuel efficiency compared to other heating systems.
  • Recognized by GreenSpec for its efficiency and safety use of the 1200 CHU can provide LEEDS credits on certified jobs.
